Volunteer Work Weekend!

July work weekend we will have a pot luck on Saturday, July 16th!

This is also the pull out weekend.  If you’re able to come out and help move the tractors to their field display positions, please do!

On this weekend’s agenda:

Clean out pole shed east of Beer Garden
Fence post around race track
Arena lighting (Dennis in charge of this)
Set up Clydesdale barn
Tin the roof on walk through booth at the North side of Heritage building.
Move wagons out from under old dance floor.
Weeding and gardening
Move artifacts in the Community Ties (Glenn Lennox in charge of this)

There will be a potluck supper on Saturday night.  See you there!
